| Description | Purified anti-KIF3A. KIF3A, also known as Kinesin Family Protein 3A and KLP-20, is one subunit of kinesin-2, a heterotrimeric intracellular motor protein able to transport various biomolecules, including nucleic acids and protein complexes. Kinesin-2 is most well known for being involved with anterograde movement along axonemal microtubules (intraflagellar transport) during ciliogenesis. Kinesin-2 was originally discovered in the cytosol of sea urchin embryo. |
