Inhibits cellular S1P production and increases sphingosine and ceramide levels in vitro. Also induces mitochondrial-associated apoptosis. Reduces tumor growth in a human lung adenocarcinoma xenograft mouse model, by inducing apoptosis and suppressing angiogenesis. Cell permeable. MW (observed): 519.64. |
