Mutation involving p53 is found in a wide variety of malignant tumors, including breast, ovarian, bladder, colon, lung, and melanoma. Recombinant human mutant p53 protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. MW: 81 kDa. Purity ≥90% |
