A working dilution of 1:100,000 to 1:500,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |

| Description | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Donkey Serum, Rat IgG and Rat Serum. |
