It is suitable for Western Blots and is specific for the ~65 kDa Munc18-1 protein phosphorylated at Ser241. Immunolabeling is blocked by the treatment of the lysate with lambda phosphatase (30 minutes, 800 units / 1 mg protein). Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. |
