Interacting with DAP12, CD300E most likely functions as an activating receptor. CD300E is present on the surface of mature hematopoietic cells of the monocyte and myeloid lineages. Recombinant human CD300E protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli. |
