| Description | Epitope: C-terminal end of Human Tm2 and Tm3 (TPM1). CGbeta6 recognizes the slow-migrating component of gizzard tropomyosin and cross-reacts with chicken embryo fibroblasts tropomyosin, particularly isoforms a, b, 1, and 2, but does not recognize tropomyosin isoforms from striated muscle. Recognizes Human and rat Tm2 and Tm3 (encoded by TPM1) and rat Tm5a (TPM1) [PMID: 22069507]. |
