| Description | CH291 antibody reacts with chicken cardiac alpha-tropomyosin and skeletal alpha-tropomyosin but not with other isoforms of tropomyosin, including skeletal beta-tropomyosin. CH291 interferes with the binding of tropomyosin to actin. CH291 is specific to ?-tropomyosin in the presence of ?-tropomyosin [PMID: 23712688]. |
