| Description | Mouse Anti-LMNB1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJL-2588). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Lamin B1 (LMNB1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, FC, IF, IP, WB. LMNB1 encodes one of the two B-type lamin proteins and is a component of the nuclear lamina. A duplication of this gene is associated with autosomal dominant adult-onset leukodystrophy (ADLD). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. |
