| Description | Mouse Anti-SOX10 Monoclnal Antibody (SOX10/991). Provided herein is a mouse monoclonal antibody against Human SOX10. The antibody, clone SOX10/991, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as IHC-P, ICC, IF, FC and WB. SOX10 is a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. SOX10 acts as a nucleocytoplasmic shuttle protein and is important for neural crest and peripheral nervous system development. Mutations in SOX10 are associated with Waardenburg-Shah and Waardenburg-Hirschsprung disease. |
