| Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD11b. The protein belongs to the integrin alpha chain family, and is expressed on the surface of granulocytes, monocytes, NK cells, dendritic cells, tissue macrophages and subsets of T and B cells. CD11b has been used as a marker to distinguish naive and memory CD8+ T cells, also functions as a cell surface receptor for the C3bi complement fragment. |
