| Description | Mouse Anti-NTRK2 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-1528). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to NTRK2 (Neurotrophic Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 2). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, FC, ELISA, IHC, ICC, CyTOF. NTRK2 is a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) family. NTRK2 is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. Signalling through NTRK2 leads to cell differentiation. Mutations in NTRK2 have been associated with obesity and mood disorders. |
