| Description | Mouse Anti-ACTN4 Recombinant Antibody (4D10). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes ACTN4. The antibody 4D10 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB, ELISA, IF, IHC-P. Alpha actinins belong to the spectrin gene superfamily which represents a diverse group of cytoskeletal proteins, including the alpha and beta spectrins and dystrophins. Alpha actinin is an actin-binding protein with multiple roles in different cell types. Alpha-actinin is highly expressed in the glomerular podocyte, is important in nonmuscle cytoskeletal function, and is upregulated early in the course of some animal models of nephrotic syndrome.
