| Description | Phycoerythrin conjugated CD86 Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against human CD86. Reactivity is observed against human CD86. Cross reactivity is observed with Baboon, Capuchin Monkey, Common Marmoset, Cotton-topped Tamarin, Chimpanzee, Cynomolgus, and Rhesus . Reactivity with CD86 from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD86 is conjugated with PE under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated PE. |
