| Description | ICOS belongs to the CD28 and CTLA-4 cell-surface receptor family. It forms homodimers and plays an important role in cell-cell signaling, immune responses, and regulation of cell proliferation. This ICOS antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 156-185 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ICOS. |
