| Description | The antibody has a proven strong indirect immunofluorescent staining at a 1/400 - 1/600 dilution and a proven strong biotin-streptavidin/HRP staining at a 1/1000 - 1/2000 dilution in rat globus pallidus and spinal cord. Staining is completely eliminated by pretreatment with 50 μg of Leucine Enkephalin per mL of diluted antiserum. Pretreatment with 50 μg of Methionine Enkephalin per mL of diluted antiserum also significantly blocks staining. |
