Compatible samples: cell culture supernates, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). This is a TMB colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit with short assay time and fast experiment set up. CD5L tissue specificity: Expressed in spleen, lymph node, thymus, bone marrow, and fetal liver, but not in non-lymphoid tissues. There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins.
