The antibodies are highly specific and do not detect proMBP, dimeric PAPP-A, or PAPP-A-proMBP complex. Analytical measureable range of 0.19 - 16 ng/mL allows for studies in a variety of physiological states. Sensitive to 0.71 ng/mL. Total 2.5 hour incubation at room temperature. Long shelf life of 24 months. For Research Use Only within the United States.
