It plays an important regulatory role in skeletal development and bone formation. Its dysregulation results in a spectrum of bone and skin pathologies and several types of cancer. Recombinant human FGFR2, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
