| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human RSK1 (pThr348) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of RSK1 only when phosphorylated at threonine 348 (pThr348). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1414 was sufficient for detection of RSK1 (pThr348) in 10 μg of human cervical cancer cell line (hela) lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody. |
