Binds selectively to a BSA-conjugated alginate, but not to unconjugated BSA. 1 μg/ml of SMC-209 was sufficient for detection of 150 ng of alginate-conjugated BSA by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
