| Description | Anti-FERRET IgG (gamma chain) (GOAT) Antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Ferret IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Anti-FERRET IgG (gamma chain) (GOAT) Antibody assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Ferret IgG and Ferret Serum. No reaction was observed against Ferret IgA or Ferret IgM. |
