| Description | The Quantikine Mouse sICAM-1 Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure mouse sICAM-1 levels in cell culture supernates, tissue homogenates, serum, and plasma. It contains NS0-expressed, recombinant mouse sICAM-1 and antibodies raised against the recombinant protein. Results obtained for naturally occurring mouse sICAM-1 showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values of natural mouse sICAM-1. Range: 0.31 - 20 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.057 ng/mL. Time: 4.5 hours |
