| Description | Mouse Anti-ISL1 Recombinant Antibody (39.4D5). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes ISL1 of rat. The antibody 39.4D5 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: ChIP, IF, IHC, WB. This gene encodes a transcription factor which may regulate insulin gene expression or islet cell development. The protein recognizes and binds to the consensus octamer binding site 5'-ATAATTAA-3' in promoter of target genes. It plays a fundamental role in the gene regulatory network essential for retinal ganglion cell (RGC) differentiation. |
