| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human GPR48 polyclonal antibody for WB, IHC. Leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 4 (also known as G protein-coupled receptor 48) is encoded by the LGR4 (also known as BNMD17 or GPR48) gene in human. LGR4 protein acts as a receptor for R-spondins (RSPO1, RSPO2, RSPO3 or RSPO4) and mediates R-spondins-stimulated Wnt pathway signaling. Also acts as a negative regulator of innate immunity by inhibiting TLR2/TLR4 associated pattern-recognition and proinflammatory cytokine production. |
