| Description | Bioymifi is a potent and selective death receptor 5 (DR5) activator. Bioymifi works by mimicking the ability of TRAIL, the natural DR5 ligand, to stimulate clustering of DR5, triggering apoptosis. Bioymifi caused apoptosis and cell death in a variety of human cancer cell lines including T98G human glioblastoma cells, lung cancer cell lines H460 and H1155, the cervical cancer cell line HeLa, the osteosarcoma cell line U2OS, the pancreatic carcinoma cell line Miapaca and the colon cancer cell line HT29.
