| Description | The antibody reacts with rat Interferon gamma (IFN-gamma) of both natural and recombinant origin. IFN-gamma is a pluripotent cytokine with important pro-inflammatory functions. The antibody inhibits the biological activity of natural and recombinant rat IFN-gamma. The antigen specificity was further assessed by ELISA and Western blotting. No cross-reactivities with other cytokines have been detected. |
