| Description | This antibody was affinity purified using SCAI (N-terminal region) peptide (without carrier). The antibody detects a significant 66 kDa protein corresponding to the molecular mass of SCAI on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of mouse brain and human A431 cells. In brain, the antibody also detects 53 and 41 kDa bands. |
