| Description | The antibody detects a 160 kDa band corresponding to ROCK-I in mouse kidney, rat PC12 cells, and human Jurkat cells. In addition, the antibody detects the 130 kDa caspase-cleavage product in Jurkat cells treated with camptothecin. |
