| Description | The Eagle Biosciences mAb-based ELISA is based on the Etanercept-specific monoclonal antibody (clone IG 5A1). Standards and samples are incubated in the microtitre plate coated with 5A1 mAb. After incubation, the wells are washed. Anti-human IgG mAb (IG 1B5 clone) conjugated to horse radish peroxidase (HRP) is added and binds to the Fc part of Etanercept specifically captured by the 5A1 mAb on the surface of the wells. Following incubation, the wells are washed and the bound enzymatic activity is detected by addition of chromogen-substrate. The colour developed is proportional to the amount of Etanercept in the sample or standard. Results of samples can be determined directly by using the standard curve. Sample Types: serum, plasma. Range: 6 - 200 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 5 ng/mL. Time: 2 hours ? The Eagle Biosciences Etanercept is an enzyme immunoassay for the specific and precise measurement of free Etanercept in serum and plasma samples. The Etanercept ELISA Assay Kit is for research use only and not to be used in diagnostic procedures. |
