| Description | Mouse Anti-PDYN Recombinant Antibody (M09201). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Prodynorphin (PDYN). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as IHC-Fr. PDYN is a preproprotein that is proteolytically processed to form the secreted opioid peptides beta-neoendorphin, dynorphin, rimorphin, leu-enkephalin, and leumorphin. These peptides are ligands for the kappa-type of opioid receptor. Dynorphin play a part in modulating responses to several psychoactive substances, including cocaine. |
