As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rm IL10RB/Fc monomer is approximately 65-75 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse IL10RB (NP_032375.2) (Met 1-Ser 222) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. |
