Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Dog IgG, anti-Dog IgG F(c) and anti-Dog Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Dog IgG F(ab')2 or anti-Papain. |
