| Description | This antiserum has been heated to 56° C for 30 minutes. In ELISA formats and other immunoreactive assays, this antibody will recognize recombinant and native human MIP-1a present in body fluids and cell supernatants. This antiserum has not been evaluated for its ability to stain human MIP-1a in tissue sections, nor for its ability to neutralize human MIP-1a in bioassays, nor for its performance in immunoblot analysis. |
