Acts as a competitive antagonist at the Nogo-66 receptor (NgR); blocks Nogo-66- and CNS myelin-induced inhibition of axonal growth, but does not reduce myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) inhibition of neurite outgrowth in vitro.
