| Description | M-3814 (Nedisertib) is an orally available inhibitor of DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK), with potential antineoplastic and chemo/radiosensitizing activities. Upon oral administration M-3814 binds to and inhibits the activity of DNA-PK.
