Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Cat IgG, anti-Cat IgG F(c) and anti-Cat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Cat IgG F(ab')2 or anti-Papain. |
