| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human PKC delta (pSer645) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of PKC delta only when phosphorylated at serine 645 (pSer645). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1417 was sufficient for detection of PKC delta (pSer645) in 10 μg of human breast adenocarcinoma cell line (mcf-7) by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody. |
