Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Chicken IgG, anti-Chicken IgG F(ab')2 and anti-Chicken Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Chicken IgG F(c) or anti-Pepsin. |
