Two-site Enzyme ImmunoAssay (ELISA), designed with Murine monoclonal antibodies, for the quantitative determination of ELISA method for the measurement of IgG isotype auto antibodies targeted to ACA-APA (Anti-Cardiolipin/Anti-Phospholipid-Antibodies. Assay designed with highly characterized and stabilized anionic Phospholipids, saturated with an optimal concentration of a fully active human B2GPI preparation, for auto antibody immunocapture. These are then revealed with a goat antibody specific for IgG Fc-gamma fragments, and labelled with peroxidase. Sample Diluent is adjusted for offering the highest sensitivity and specificity. |
