| Description | A10-33/1 is a constitutive marker for phenotyping endothelial cells in various human and bovine organs (lung vs. liver) and endothelial cell cultures. It facilitates the characterization of primary melanomas, especially in relation to prognosis of metastasis and when combined with macrophage marker 25 F 9 and A.1.43 (CD49b). A10-33/1 blocks thrombospondin mediated adhesion of melanoma cells to endothelial cells in vitro and in vivo. Application: IHC (f), FACS |
