| Description | This kit is ideal for users who want a convenient and sensitive assay. The assay is designed for the enumeration of cells secreting monkey IFN-γ. The kit includes ELISpot 8-well strip plates pre-coated with monoclonal antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-ALP and ready-to-use BCIP/NBT-plus substrate. The included anti-CD3 mAb can be used to induce cytokine secretion and is dependent on number, nature and viability of accessory cells. The antibody cross-reacts with CD3 on cynomolgus and rhesus macaque T cells. React with human IFN-γ and cross-react with IFN-γ from non-human primates. |
