| Description | The human Thioredoxin-1 ELISAPRO kit provides all necessary reagents and solutions required to quantify human Thioredoxin-1 in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant, and serum/plasma samples. The kit contains ELISA plates pre-coated with monoclonal capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, ELISA standard and Assay buffer. The Assay buffer prevents false positive read-outs which may be caused by heterophilic antibodies found in serum and plasma samples. Cross-react with Thioredoxin-1 from cow. For quantification of human Thioredoxin-1, samples should not contain bovine serum. Range: 31.25-4000 pg/ml |
