| Description | This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of mouse IL-12/-23 (p40) in immunoassays such as ELISA and ELISpot. The antibody is specific for the p40 subunit of IL-12 and IL-23. Specificity: Native and recombinant p40 subunit of mouse IL-12 and IL-23. The antibody recognizes p40 monomer, p40 homodimer, IL-12 p70 heterodimer (p40+p35) and IL-23 heterodimer (p40+p19). |
