| Description | A2B5 Monoclonal Antibody (105). A2B5 is a cell surface ganglioside epitope expressed in developing thymic epithelial cells, oligodendrocyte progenitors and neuroendocrine cells. A2B5 proliferates predominantly in response to platelet derived growth factor (PDGF). A2B5 antibodies can be used for in vitro characterization of the bipotential O2-A progenitor, an oligodendrocyte progenitor cell (OPC). |
