| Description | The intensity of the color developed during the 2nd Step is directly proportional to both time and temperature; therefore an increase in the 2nd Step incubation time will increase the intensity of the color, while a decrease in the 2nd Step incubation time will decrease the intensity of the color. The same applies for an increase or a decrease in the incubation temperature. It is recommended that time rather than temperature be used to optimize absorbance. Sample Types: plasma.
