| Description | Epitope: aa 182-238. The protein rough is present in the nucleus of most or all of the cells in the morphogenetic furrow of the larval eye, and is limited to the R2, R3, R4, and R5 cells in the region posterior to the furrow. Antibody purified by ammonium salt precipitation may be more effective than supernatant. Use PEMP as a fixative. |
