| Description | Rabbit Anti-SORT1 Monoclnal Antibody (EPR15010). Provided herein is a rabbit monoclonal antibody against Human SORT1. The antibody, clone EPR15010, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as IHC-P and WB. SORT1 is a member of the VPS10-related sortilin family of proteins. SORT1 plays a role in the trafficking of different proteins to either the cell surface, or subcellular compartments such as lysosomes and endosomes. Expression levels of this gene may influence the risk of myocardial infarction in human patients. |
