| Description | Used in combination with the murine myeloma SP2/0 cell line, the Animal Blood B Booster? kit (DDXK-AnBBB) is intended for immortalization of B lymphocytes isolated from various animal species. The process has been validated in mouse, rat, horse, rabbit, sheep and dog. The Animal Blood B Booster? improves the access to a broader repertoire and has been shown in murine splenocyte and SP2/0 fusions to increase the percentage of Ig secreting wells after the fusion (from 30 to 60-90%), to elicit a broad clonal diversity. The AnBBB kit stimulation system renders B lymphocytes more susceptible to fusion. |
