Target Background: LEC (liver expressed cytokine) displays chemotactic activity for lymphocytes and monocytes but not for neutrophils. It also shows a potent myelosuppressive activity and suppresses proliferation of myeloid progenitor cells. Its expression is upregulated by IL10. |
